Dr Angela Hall  

Gender: Female

  • Primary qualifications: BM(Southampton)1991, MRCGP, Family Planning Certificate
  • Special interests: Women's Health, Family Planning and General Medicine

Dr Hall has been with the Surgery since 1997. She is in the Prescribing Task Group of the Southampton City CCG. Her main hobbies are playing hockey and tennis, walking and water colour painting. She is married with 2 children

Surgery Days: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

 

Dr Vikas Shetty 

Gender: Male

  • Primary qualifications: MB BS, MRCGP, MRCS(Edinburgh)
  • Special interests:  Orthopaedics/musculoskeletal problems including joint injections

Dr Shetty joined the surgery in 2014.

He enjoys playing golf and running.

Surgery Days: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

 

Dr Alison Cooper 

Gender: Female

  • Primary qualifications: BM (Southampton) 2001, MRCGP, DRCOG, DFSRH, LoC IUT, LoC SDI
  • Specialises in: Fitting contraceptive coils and implants
  • Special interests: Women's health and contraception

Dr Cooper joined the surgery in April 2019. Prior to this she worked as a GP in West Hampshire.

Outside of work she enjoys gardening and walking. She is married with two children.

Dr Nina Silson

Gender: Female

  • Primary qualifications: MB ChB, DRCOG, DCH, DFFP, LoC IUT, LoC SDI
  • Specialises in: Minor Surgery and fits Contraceptive Implants and Coils.
  • Special interests: Women's Health and Paediatrics

Dr Silson qualified in 2000 from University of Birmingham and worked in Birmingham, Worcestershire and New Zealand before joining the practice in 2006. Her main interests include life drawing, swimming and, more recently, developing a vegetable patch with her 3 children.

Surgery Day: Tuesday

 

Dr Victoria Itobi

Gender: Female

  • Primary qualifications: MBBS, MRCGP, DRCOG, LoC IUT, LoC SDI
  • Special interests:  Child health, Women’s Health, Sexual Health (Fits Coils and Implants)

Dr Itobi joined the Surgery in January 2022. She has been working as a GP in Southampton for over 10 years.  She enjoys singing and dancing, cooking and trying out new recipes. She loves swimming and being part of her local church’s charitable project.

Dr Joao Nunes

Gender: Male

  • Primary qualifications: MUDr. (Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republik), MRCGP
  • Special interests: Injections and is looking to pursue a special interest in dermatology and minor surgery

Dr Nunes trained as a GP in the Isle of Wight. He enjoys tennis and scuba diving.

Dr Zoe Ordman

Gender: Female

  • Primary qualifications: MBChB and RCGP
  • Special interests: Women's Health and Contraception

Outside of work, Dr Ordman enjoys singing in a Choir and going on walks.
